We bring to your attention a lightweight and at the same time effective RED camera with the new GEMINI 5K S35 sensor. The matrix of this camera supports several sensitivity modes at once. As a result, ISO can always be adjusted for maximum performance, regardless of the shooting conditions.

The GEMINI 5K S35 uses large pixels, so the matrix is ​​twice as sensitive as in the Helium model, even despite the dimensions of 30.72 mm x 18 mm. The sensor is installed in a standard DMSC2 package and shoots video in 5K up to 96 frames per second.

The GEMINI 5K S35 matrix is ​​larger than the sensor installed in the RED EPIC-W Helium camera, but slightly smaller than the matrix in the RED WEAPON Monstro. Therefore, the image field, even taking into account the cut factor 1.22x, is larger than in the Helium model.

The RED GEMINI 5K S35 camera was released on special order from Elon Mask for his space program and was used for shooting in outer space. This indicates the reliability, high performance and reliability of the equipment, even in the most difficult conditions.
